Queen Anne's Lace 10k and sterling silver ring, seed pod art jewelry
Queen Anne's Lace 10k and sterling silver ring, seed pod art jewelry
The inspiration:
This ring (and many other designs) was directly inspired by a bead of ice held in the skeleton of a Queen Anne's lace flower, a phenomenon that I see often during winter hikes (see last photo.)
The materials:
Sterling silver shank and sprouts, surrounding a tiny bead of recycled 10k gold.
The process:
This fabricated sterling silver ring features handmade tendril prongs encircling a tiny bead of recycled 10k gold, set upon a round profile silver shank. A shiny polish and light patina on the silver enhance the depth and design.
The details:
Head of the ring measures approximately 10 mm in diameter, and 8 mm high from the shank.
The 10k gold bead measures approximately 3 mm in diameter.
The shank is 2 mm diameter, and sized to US 6 3/4
All of my jewelry is made by me in my cozy home studio and will be shipped to you as shown, beautifully packaged and ready for giving as a gift for someone special (like yourself...?)
